Drawing on more than seven years of advisory experience and an extensive history as a successful entrepreneur, James leverages real-world business ownership insights to help clients build clarity, reduce friction, and strengthen financial outcomes.
He specializes in structured process redesign, resource optimization, and disciplined commercial strategy — partnering with leadership teams to eliminate waste, improve throughput, and build scalable models for long-term profitability.
Laura brings more than 20 years of outside sales and consulting experience to her work helping schools, offices, and public buildings become healthier places to learn and work. A registered nurse and early pioneer in building cleaning health assessments, she blends clinical insight with deep jansan industry expertise to identify issues others often miss. Laura leads with thoughtful, practical solutions, and her unique combination of healthcare and consulting experience has empowered clients across sectors to improve building health and reduce risk.
Greg keeps client engagements on track, on scope, and moving forward. As Performa’s Project Manager, he serves as the connective tissue between strategy and execution — ensuring nothing falls through the cracks from kickoff to completion.
